Ordering

Ordering from LXbattery is very easy. You can find what you are looking for through the general search at the top of the website or through the various categories on the left side of the website.
After selecting the desired product, you can add it to your shopping cart.
Finally, simply enter your personal details, or log in if you are already registered, and the order will be placed.
If you cannot find what you are looking for, please contact us.

 

Shipping and order collection

When placing an order, you can choose to collect it at our store (at no additional cost), or choose delivery by carrier (shipping costs apply), with the order being delivered to the address indicated by the customer.

 

Confirmation

After placing your order and making the payment (or selecting the cash on delivery option), you will receive communications (via e-mail, SMS, or WhatsApp) regarding the status of your order.

 

Payment

LXbattery accepts various payment methods:

1. Payment by Multibanco reference.
After finalizing the order, you will receive an email or message with the payment references.

2. Payment by MBway.
When finalizing the order, you will be asked for a mobile phone number to receive the MBway payment notification.

3. Payment by bank transfer.
Payment by bank transfer should be made to the following IBAN:

(The name that appears when making a transfer at MB terminals is LXbattery - Gadgetmática, Lda.)

4. Payment by Paypal.
During the payment phase of the order, a Paypal window will appear for you to enter your access details and approve the payment.

5. Payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
During the payment phase of the order, a credit card entity window will appear for you to enter your card details and approve the payment.

6. Cash on delivery
We do not ship with cash on delivery.

 


Prices

The selling prices displayed in the online store at the time of the order are valid, unless there are computer errors. In case of an error with the price of an ordered item, this will be promptly communicated to the customer, and the error corrected. Prices may change without prior notice. The prices presented include VAT at the current legal rate, and also include the ecotax, where applicable.

  

How can I check the status of my order?

After registering on our website, you can check the progress of your order in your personal area. You will also receive communications (via e-mail, SMS, or WhatsApp) with updates on the order status.
